In the 4th meeting, Mr. Marsigit showed us several videos. At first, I didn’t have any idea what video those were, but finally I understood after those videos were played few times. In the 1st video, there is a teacher trying to teach his students in different way. He says above a table that the world feels different if we look from there. He teaches us to be different, to believe in ourselves, and to be brave in voicing our belief.
In the 2nd video, there is a child speaking on stage, he speeches in front of thousand people, that most of them are far more grown up than him. I can’t hear the child’s voice, but he can be there because of his self confidence.
And the last video is a clip video of a song named “what do you know about math?

My reflection in my education

Reflection is find out the extent to which we know our ability. It is taught by Mr.Marsigit in the third meeting b.inggris II at my class. At that time Mr. Marsigit give the reflection to us with provide a test where we should really do a test it self. Mr.Marsigit do it because he want to know how our learning process before, so he give examination to us, he would the student to reflection own abilities in English. The exercise provided Mr.Marsigit actually not difficult, but because Mr.Marsigit give the test suddenly , so we do not preparing our self for that test. Absolutely all of our answers only based on the our memory. This is maybe Mr.Marsigit called about defined of the reflection. Our ability to search is the ability of our own without having to repeat previous material. From the reflection expected, student not only know the extent to which our apability but student can also fix the lack of we during this.

If you see own apability, I believe in my ability is still very low. I think this my ability to a low this this because I practice less. Until now I think that I need the improvement to my process learning. Not only in b.inggris, but also on all subject. I often do not care on my lecture, so that makes me behind from my friends. Actually I ‘am aware about this. But I also do not why I still cannot care on all of that. Sometimes I realize, but it does not take a long.

I know as a student of mathematic education, I realize that I must have the ability not only material but also the ability to deliver that material to student. Because at a later time, student of Mathematic education absolutely to be a teacher. And see the development of education at this time, become a teacher must be trough education profession. And to be able to follow education profession, we must have a good value and needed skills more. This is enough to make me aware to change the pattern I learned.
